Description
A gin of layered complexity, The Botanist Islay Dry expression is our original creation. Crafted with 22 wild botanicals from the isle of Islay during an achingly slow simmer distillation, it is complex, fresh and juniper-forward. Great with tonic and even better in an ice-cold Dry Martini, it’s a must-have for your home bar.
