Description

This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The highly varied soil consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils but also gravel brought down by the rivers of the Languedoc. The warm, windy climate (“semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant”) encourages the ripening of the grapes and their good health, whilst retaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is distinctive, with a rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the École Boulle. It is a wine that gives itself like a bouquet of roses!
